The Courts of Justice Law Sections 37 and 46 to 62 inclusive. (Cap. 8) | Sections 67 and 69 to 75 inclusive modified as follows:- In section 71 for "President of District Court" read: "judge". In section 73 for "the presiding or senior Judge or another Judge by his direction" read: "the judge".
