Art. 7 Ordinance on the Fees of the Cantonal Administration (Fee Ordinance; GebV) - Assessment

1. The fees are determined based on framework tariffs according to

a the total expenditure,

b the significance of the transaction for the fee payers and their interest in the service, and

c the economic capacity of the fee payers.
