Uredba o ratifikaciji dodatkov I in II h Konvenciji o varstvu selitvenih vrst prosto živečih živali

Ratificirata se dodatka I in II h Konvenciji o varstvu selitvenih vrst prosto živečih živali, ki sta bila sprejeta na Konferenci pogodbenic v Cape Townu 16. novembra 1999.

Dodatka I in II se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in prevodu v slovenskem jeziku glasita

APPENDIX I

Interpretation

1. Migratory species included in this Appendix are referred to

a) by the name of the species or subspecies; or

b) as being all of the migratory species included in a higher taxon or designated part thereof.

2. Other references to taxa higher than species are for the purposes of information or classification only.

3. The abbreviation for sensu lato “(s.l.)” is used to denote that the scientific name is used in its extended meaning.

4. An asterisk (*) placed against the name of a species indicates that the species, or a separate population of that species, or a higher taxon which includes that species is included in Appendix II.

Interpretation

1. Migratory species included in this Appendix are referred to

a) by the name of the species or subspecies; or

b) as being all of the migratory species included in a higher taxon or designated part thereof.

Unless otherwise indicated, where reference is made to a taxon higher than species, it is understood that all the migratory species within that taxon could significantly benefit from the conclusion of AGREEMENTS.

2. The abbreviation “spp.” following the name of a Family or Genus is used to denote all migratory species within that Family or Genus.

3. Other references to taxa higher than species are for the purposes of information or classification only.

4. The abbreviation “(s.l.)” is used to indicate that the scientific name is used in its extended meaning.

5. An asterisk (*) placed against the name of a species or higher taxon indicates that the species, or a separate population of that species, or one or more species included in that higher taxon is included in Appendix I.

Razlaga

1. Selitvene vrste, ki so vključene v ta dodatek, se navajajo

a) z imenom vrste ali podvrste ali

b) z imenom višje sistematske skupine, kadar so mišljene vse selitvene vrste, vključene v to skupino.

2. Druga navajanja sistematskih skupine, višje, kot vrste so namenjena le za informacijo ali za razvrščanje.

3. Okrajšava sensu lato”(s. l.)” pomeni, da je znanstveno ime uporabljeno v širšem pomenu.

4. Zvezdica (*) poleg imena vrste pomeni, da je vrsta ali ločena populacija te vrste ali višja sistematska skupina, ki vključuje to vrsto, navedena v Dodatku II.

Razlaga

1. Selitvene vrste, ki so vključene v ta dodatek, se navajajo

a) z imenom vrste ali podvrste ali

b) z imenom višje sistematske skupine, kadar so mišljene vse selitvene vrste, vključene v to skupino.

Če ni drugače določeno, navajanje sistematske skupine višje od vrste, pomeni, da bi lahko vsem selitvenim vrstam te sistematske skupine sklenitev SPORAZUMOV zelo koristila.

2. Okrajšava “spp.” poleg imena družine ali rodu se uporablja za označevanje vseh selitvenih vrst te družine ali rodu.

3. Druga navajanja sistematskih skupin višjih od vrste, so namenjena le za informacijo ali za razvrščanje.

4. Okrajšava “(s. l.)” pomeni, da je znanstveno ime uporabljeno v širšem pomenu.

5. Zvezdica (*) poleg imena vrste ali višje sistematske skupine pomeni, da je vrsta ali ločena populacija te vrste ali ena ali več vrst iz te sistematske skupine vključena v Dodatek I.

Selitvene vrste

3. člen

Za izvajanje dodatkov skrbi Ministrstvo za okolje, prostor in energijo.

4. člen

Ta uredba začne veljati naslednji dan po objavi v Uradnem listu Republike Slovenije -Mednarodne pogodbe.
