Anexa nr. 2 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.546/2006 privind declanșarea procedurilor de expropriere a imobilelor proprietate privată situate pe amplasamentul lucrării de utilitate publică "Construcția autostrăzii București-Brașov, tronsonul București-Ploiești, pe teritoriul localităților Moara Vlăsiei, Snagov, Gruiu, Balta Doamnei, Gherghița, Drăgănești, Râfov, Dumbrava, Berceni, Bărcănești și Ploiești", publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 923 din 14 noiembrie 2006, se completează cu numerele curente 930-1.274, conform anexei la prezenta hotărâre.

(1) Se aprobă suplimentarea sumei prevăzute ca justă despăgubire pentru imobilele ce constituie amplasamentul lucrării de utilitate publică "Construcția autostrăzii București-Brașov, tronsonul București-Ploiești, pe teritoriul localităților Moara Vlăsiei, Snagov, Gruiu, Balta Doamnei, Gherghița, Drăgănești, Râfov, Dumbrava, Berceni, Bărcănești și Ploiești" cu suma globală estimată de 9.710 mii lei, alocată prin suplimentarea bugetului Ministerului Transporturilor, conform Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 571/2007 privind aprobarea repartizării sumei de 335.275 mii lei din Fondul național de dezvoltare pentru finanțarea unor proiecte de investiții în infrastructura de transport pentru anul 2007, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 403 din 15 iunie 2007.

(2) Suma prevăzută la alin. (1) este aferentă imobilelor cuprinse în anexa la prezenta hotărâre.

Persoanele fizice/juridice prevăzute în anexa la prezenta hotărâre vor depune cererile pentru plata justei despăgubiri în termen de 30 de zile de la intrarea în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, în condițiile legii.

În temeiul art. 108 din Constituția României, republicată, și al art. 4 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 198/2004 privind unele măsuri prealabile lucrărilor de construcție de autostrăzi și drumuri naționale,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.
