Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.

Oraşul Blaj din judeţul Alba se declara municipiu.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 27 aprilie 1993, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (1) din Constituţia României.
