Por ordem superior se tornam públicas as Decisões do Conselho EFTA n.º 2 e do Conselho Misto da Associação Finlândia-EFTA n.º 2 adoptadas na 5.ª Reunião Simultânea, em 24 de Março de 1983, cujos textos em inglês e respectivas traduções para português acompanham o presente aviso.

Decision of the Council no. 2 of 1983

(Adopted at the 5th Simultaneous Meeting on 24 March 1983)

Amendment of List A of Annex B to the Convention

The council,

Having regard to paragraph 5 of article 4 of the Convention,

decides

1 - In section I of appendix 2 (list A) to annex B, the footnote relating to fuel elements of heading no. 84.59 shall be amended to read

These provisions shall not apply to fuel elements of heading no. 84.59 until 31 December 1988.

2 - The Secretary-General shall deposit the text of this Decision with the Government of Sweden.

Decision of the Joint Council no. 2 of 1983

(Adopted at the 5th Simultaneous Meeting on 24 March 1983)

Amendment of Annex B to the Convention

The joint council,

Having regard to paragraph 6 of article 6 of the Agreement,

decides

1 - Decision of the Council no. 2 of 1983, shall be binding also on Finland and apply in relations between Finland and the other Parties to the Agreement.

2 - The Secretary-General of the European Free Trade Association shall deposit the text of this Decision with the Government of Sweden.

Alteração à Lista A do Anexo B da Convenção

O Conselho, tendo em conta o parágrafo 5 do artigo 4 da Convenção, decide

1 - Na secção I do apêndice 2 (lista A) do Anexo B, a nota de pé de página relativa aos elementos de combustível da posição 84.59 é alterada como segue

Estas disposições não se aplicam até 31 de Dezembro de 1988 relativamente aos elementos de combustível da posição 84.59.

2 - O Secretário-Geral depositará o texto desta Decisão junto do Governo da Suécia.

Decisão do Conselho Misto n.º 2 de 1983

(Adoptada na 5.ª Reunião Simultânea de 24 de Março de 1983)

Alteração do Anexo B da Convenção

O Conselho Misto, tendo em conta o parágrafo 6 do artigo 6 do Acordo, decide

1 - A Decisão do Conselho n.º 2 de 1983 é obrigatória também para a Finlândia e as outras Partes do Acordo.

2 - O Secretário-Geral da Associação Europeia de Comércio Livre depositará o texto desta Decisão junto do Governo da Suécia.
