Por ordem superior se torna público que o Comité Misto EFTA-Espanha adoptou, a 17 de Setembro de 1980, a Decisão n.º 9 de 1980, cujo texto em inglês e respectiva tradução para português acompanham o presente aviso.

Decision of the EFTA-Spain Joint Committee No. 9 of 1980 (Adopted by written procedure on 17th September 1980)

Amendment of Annex III to the Agreement

The Joint Committee

Having regard to paragraph 3 of article 22 of the Agreement;

decides

1 - In section I of list A of Annex III

a) An «ex» shall be inserted before heading 59.17 and the following text be added to the product description: «excluding polishing discs or rings, other than of felt»;

b) The following new heading and texts pertaining to is shall be inserted after the heading referred to in a)

2 - In section I of list B of Annex III, the following new heading and texts pertaining to it shall be inserted in the appropriate place as determined by the numerical order of the tariff headings

3 - The amendments provided for in this Decision shall enter into force on 1st October 1980.

4 - The Secretary-General of the European Free Trade Association shall deposit the text of this Decision with the Government of Sweden.

Alteração do Anexo III do Acordo

O Comité Misto

Tendo em vista o parágrafo 3.º do artigo 22.º do Acordo;

decide

1 - Na secção I da lista A do Anexo III

a) É inserido um «ex» antes da posição 59.17 e é aditado à descrição do produto o texto seguinte: «com excepção dos discos e anéis de polir que não sejam de feltro»;

b) A nova posição seguinte e os textos respectivos são inseridos após a posição mencionada na alínea a)

2 - Na secção I da lista B do Anexo III é inserida a nova posição seguinte e o respectivo texto no lugar apropriado, determinado pela ordem numérica das posições pautais

3 - As alterações que são objecto da presente Decisão entram em vigor em 1 de Outubro de 1980.

4 - O Secretário-Geral da Associação Europeia de Comércio Livre depositará o texto da presente Decisão junto do Governo da Suécia.
