Por ordem superior se torna público que o Conselho Misto da Associação da E. F. T. A. e da Finlândia adoptou, na 1.ª Reunião Simultânea, realizada em 16 de Janeiro de 1969, a Decisão n.º 1 de 1969, cujo texto em inglês e a respectiva tradução para português são os seguintes

Decision of the Joint Council No. 1 of 1969

(Adopted at the 1st Simultaneous Meeting, on 16th January 1969)

Amendment of Annexes B and D to the Convention

The Joint Council,

Having regard to paragraph 5 of article 4 of the Convention;

Having regard to paragraph 6 of article 6 of the Agreement;

decides

1. Decision of the Council No. 1 of 1969 (ver nota *) shall be binding also on Finland and apply in relation between Finland and the other Parties to the Agreement.

2. The secretary-general of the European Free Trade Association shall deposit the text of this Decision with the Government of Sweden.

Amendment of Annexes B and D to the Convention

The Council,

Having regard to paragraph 5 of article 4 of the Convention;

decides

1. Schedule I to Annex B to the Convention shall be amended by replacing the wording against heading No. 84.59 by

Machines and mechanical appliances, having individual functions, not falling within any other heading of this chapter,

and the wording against heading No. 85.22 by

Electrical appliances and apparatus, having individual functions, not falling within any other heading of this chapter.

2. The French text of Annex D shall be amended as follows

No. 08.02 - Lire: «08.02 Agrumes, frais ou secs».

No. 19.02 - Insérer le mot «amidons,» aprés le mot «farines,».

No. 22.04 - Au lieu de «raisin», lire «raisins».

No. 22.09 - Au lieu de «de boissons», lire «des boissons».

3. This Decision shall enter into force immediately.

4. The secretary-general shall deposit the text of this Decision with the Government of Sweden.

Emenda do Anexo D à Convenção

O Conselho Misto,

Tendo em atenção o parágrafo 5 do artigo 4.º da Convenção;

Tendo em atenção o parágrafo 6 do artigo 6.º do Acordo;

decide

1. A Decisão do Conselho n.º 1 de 1969 (ver nota *) será também obrigatória para a Finlândia e aplicável às relações da Finlândia com outras Partes do Acordo.

2. O secretário-geral da Associação Europeia de Comércio Livre depositará o texto desta Decisão junto do Governo da Suécia.

Artigo pautal 19.02 - Inserir a palavra «amido» depois da palavra «farinha».

3. A presente Decisão entra em vigor imediatamente.

4. O secretário-geral depositará o texto da presente Decisão junto do Governo da Suécia.
