The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of

Poland presents its compliments to the Ministry of

Foreign Affairs of Montenegro and with reference to

Article 13 of the Agreement between the Government

of the Republic of Poland and the Council of Ministers

of Serbia and Montenegro on extending a tied aid

credit done in Warsaw on 20 April 2006, has the

honour to propose on behalf of the Government of

the Republic of Poland the following amendment to

the above mentioned Agreement

W artykule 1 ust´p 2 umowy: zdanie „Kredyt b´dzie wykorzystany w terminie dwóch lat od dnia wejÊcia w ˝ycie niniejszej umowy.” zastàpiç zdaniem

„Kredyt b´dzie wykorzystany do dnia 31 grudnia

2009 r.”.

In Article 1 paragraph 2 of the Agreement: the

sentence ”The Credit will be utilised within two years

since the date of coming into force of the

Agreement.”, shall be replaced with: ”The Credit will

be utilised until 31 December 2009.”.

W przypadku gdy Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych Czarnogóry potwierdzi, ˝e Rzàd Czarnogóry akceptuje zmian´, Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych

Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej b´dzie uwa˝a∏o, ˝e niniejsza

nota wraz z notà b´dàcà odpowiedzià Rzàdu Czarnogóry b´dà stanowi∏y Porozumienie mi´dzy Rzàdem

Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rzàdem Czarnogóry

o zmianie Umowy mi´dzy Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej

Polskiej a Radà Ministrów Serbii i Czarnogóry o udzieleniu kredytu w ramach pomocy wiàzanej z dnia

20 kwietnia 2006 r.

In case the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of

Montenegro confirms that the Government of

Montenegro accepts the amendment, the Ministry of

Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland shall consider

that the note together with the note constituting the

response of the Government of Montenegro shall

become Understanding between the Government of

the Republic of Poland and the Government of

Montenegro on the amendment to the Agreement

between the Government of the Republic of Poland

and the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro

on extending a tied aid credit, dated 20 April 2006.

Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej rozumie przez to, ˝e wy˝ej wymienione

porozumienie wejdzie w ˝ycie zgodnie z artyku∏em 13

wspomnianej umowy.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of

Poland understands that the Understanding

mentioned above shall enter into force according to

Article 13 of the aforementioned Agreement.

In the case the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

confirms that the Government of Montenegro accepts

the amendment, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the

Republic of Poland shall consider that the note

Government of Montenegro on the amendment to

the Agreement between Council of Ministers of

Serbia and Montenegro and Government of the

Republic of Poland on extending a tide aid, signed on

20 April 2006, which shall enter into force according

to Article 13 of the aforementioned Agreement.
