The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of

Poland presents its compliments to the Embassy of

the Republic of Angola in Warsaw and with reference

to Article 13 of the Agreement between the

Government of the Republic of Poland and the

Government of the Republic of Angola on extending

a tied aid credit, done in Luanda on 1 March 2006, has

the honour to propose on behalf of the Government

of the Republic of Poland the following amendment

to the above mentioned Agreement

W artykule 1 ust´p 2 umowy: zdanie „Kredyt b´dzie wykorzystany w terminie dwóch lat od dnia wejÊcia w ˝ycie niniejszej umowy.” zastàpiç zdaniem

„Kredyt b´dzie wykorzystany do dnia 1 marca 2010 r.”.

In Article 1 paragraph 2 of the Agreement: the

sentence ”The Credit will be utilised within two years

since the day of coming into force of the

Agreement.”, shall be replaced with: ”The Credit will

be utilised until 1 March 2010.”.

W przypadku gdy Ambasada Republiki Angoli

potwierdzi, ˝e Rzàd Republiki Angoli akceptuje zmian´, Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej b´dzie uwa˝a∏o, ˝e niniejsza nota wraz

z notà b´dàcà odpowiedzià Rzàdu Republiki Angoli

b´dà stanowi∏y Porozumienie mi´dzy Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rzàdem Republiki Angoli

o zmianie Umowy mi´dzy Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej

Polskiej a Rzàdem Republiki Angoli o udzieleniu kredytu w ramach pomocy wiàzanej, z dnia 1 marca

2006 r.

In case the Embassy of the Republic of Angola

confirms that the Government of the Republic of

Angola accepts the amendment, the Ministry of

Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland shall

consider that this note together with the note

constituting the response of the Government of the

Republic of Angola shall become Understanding

between the Government of the Republic of Poland

and the Government of the Republic of Angola on the

amendment to the Agreement between the

Government of the Republic of Poland and the

Government of the Republic of Angola on extending

a tied aid credit, dated 1 March 2006.

Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej rozumie przez to, ˝e wy˝ej wymienione

porozumienie wejdzie w ˝ycie zgodnie z artyku∏em 13

wspomnianej umowy.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of

Poland understands that the Understanding

mentioned above shall enter into force according to

Article 13 of the aforementioned Agreement.

2008 r., Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych Republiki

Angoli ma zaszczyt poinformowaç, ˝e Rzàd Angolski

akceptuje propozycje przedstawione przez Stron´

Polskà.

República de Angola apresenta os seus melhores

cumprimentos ∫ Embaixada da República da Polónia

acreditada em Angola e, em rela˜ão a proposta de

extensão dos prazos de utiliza˜ão dos Créditos

referidos no Acordo entre a República de Angola e a

República da Polónia sobre a Concessão de um

Crédito de Ajuda (”Tied Aid”), assinado em Luanda, a

01 de Mar˜o de 2006; e no Acordo entre o Governo da

República de Angola e o Governo da República da

Polónia sobre a Concessão de um Credito, assinado

em Luanda, a 01 de Mar˜o de 2006, contidas nas

Notas Verbais n°s DPT-II-2262-73-2007/KP/52 e DPT-II-2262-74-2007/KP/53

respectivamente,

ambas

datadas de 22 de Fevereiro de 2008, o Ministério das

Rela˜ões Exteriores da República de Angola tem a

honra de informar que o Governo Angolano aceita as

propostas apresentadas pela Parte Polaca.

Assim sendo, o Ministério das Rela˜ões

Exteriores dá o seu pleno acordo ∫ proposta de

altera˜ão da redac˜ão das disposi˜ões seguintes

1. TreÊç ust. 2 art. 1 Umowy mi´dzy Rzàdem Republiki Angoli a Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej

o udzieleniu kredytu w ramach pomocy wiàzanej

(„Tied Aid”), podpisanej w Luandzie dnia 1 marca

2006 r., a mianowicie: „Kredyt b´dzie wykorzystany w terminie dwóch lat od dnia wejÊcia w ˝ycie

niniejszej umowy.” zostaje zmieniona na nast´pujàce sformu∏owanie: „Kredyt b´dzie wykorzystany

do dnia 1 marca 2010 r.”.

1. O n° 2 do artigo 1° do Acordo entre a República de

Angola e a República da Polónia sobre a

Concessão de um Crédito de Ajuda (”Tied Aid”),

assinado em Luanda, aos 01 de Mar˜o de 2006,

que diz: ”O Crédito será utilizado no prazo de dois

anos, contados a partir da data de entrada em

vigor deste Acordo”, passa a ter a seguinte

redac˜ão: ”O Crédito será utilizado até ao dia 1 de

Mar˜o de 2010”.

2. TreÊç ust. 3 art. 1 Umowy mi´dzy Rzàdem Republiki Angoli a Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej

sua elevada estima e considera˜ão.
