”The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of

Uzbekistan presents its compliments to the Embassy

of the Republic of Poland in Tashkent and with reference to Article 10 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Poland on extending a

credit, signed in Warsaw on July, 2003, as well as Understanding between the Government of the Republic

of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of

Poland on introducing amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of

Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of

Poland on extending a credit which entered into force

on December 10, 2004, has the honour to propose on

behalf of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan the following amendment to the above mentioned Agreement

W artykule 1 ust´p 3 umowy: zdanie „Kredyt b´dzie wykorzystany do dnia 30 wrzeÊnia 2008 r.” zamieniç zdaniem: „Kredyt b´dzie wykorzystany do

dnia 31 lipca 2009 r.”.

In Article 1 paragraph 3 of Agreement: the sentence ”The credit shall be utilised before within September 30, 2008”, shall be replaced with: ”The credit shall

be utilised before July 31, 2009”.

W przypadku gdy Ambasada potwierdzi, ˝e Rzàd

Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej akceptuje zmian´, niniejsza

nota wraz z notà b´dàcà odpowiedzià Ambasady b´dà stanowi∏y Porozumienie mi´dzy Rzàdem Republiki

Uzbekistanu a Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej

In case the Embassy confirms that the amendment is acceptable to the Government of the Republic

of Poland, this note together with the note constituting the response of the Embassy shall become the

The Ministry understands that the Understanding

shall enter into force according to the Article 10 of the

aforementioned Agreement.

niniejsza nota wraz z notà Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych Republiki Uzbekistanu stanowià Porozumienie mi´dzy Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rzàdem Republiki Uzbekistanu o zmianie Umowy mi´dzy

Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rzàdem Republiki

Uzbekistanu o udzieleniu kredytu, podpisanej w Warszawie dnia 10 lipca 2003 r. Porozumienie wejdzie

w ˝ycie po otrzymaniu przez Stron´ uzbeckà niniejszej

noty.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of

Poland with reference to Article 10 of the Agreement

between the Government of the Republic of Poland

and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on

extending a credit, done on July 10, 2003 in Warsaw

and the above cited note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated July 10,

2008 No 05/17926 has the honour to convey that the

Government of the Republic of Poland has accepted

the above mentioned amendment and considers that

this note and note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of

the Republic of Uzbekistan constitute the Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the amendment to the Agreement between

the Government of the Republic of Poland and the

Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on extending a credit, done July 10, 2003 in Warsaw. The Understanding shall come into force on the date of receipt of the present note by the Uzbek Side.
