country outside the framework of the Credit.

3. All repayments of principal and interest instalments under the Agreement shall be made without

deduction of any fees or taxes as may be imposed by

the authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Article 15

This Agreement shall be approved according to

the legislation of each of the Contracting Parties, and

this approval shall be notified to the other Contracting

Party by an exchange of notes.

Article 12

The Agreement shall come into force on the date

of receipt of the later note.

Any differences between the Contracting Parties

relating to the application of this Agreement shall be

settled in direct negotiation between them.

The Agreement remains valid until all obligations

of both Contracting Parties arising from the Agreement are fulfilled.

Article 13

Done in Warsaw on the 10 day of July 2003 in two

originals, each in the Polish, Uzbek and English languages, all texts being equally authentic.

Any changes to this Agreement may be introduced through an exchange of notes between the Contracting Parties. The changes shall come into force on

the date of the receipt of the later note.

In case of any divergences of interpretation, the

English text shall prevail.

Article 14

All correspondence and documentation relating to

this Agreement shall be conducted in English language.
