The Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty, signed at Washington on

April 4, 1949,

˝e bezpieczeƒstwo obszaru pó∏nocnoatlantyckiego zostanie poszerzone poprzez przystàpienie Republiki Bu∏garii do Traktatu,

of the North Atlantic area will be

enhanced by the accession of the

Republic of Bulgaria to that Treaty,

Po wejÊciu w ˝ycie niniejszego

protoko∏u Sekretarz Generalny Organizacji Traktatu Pó∏nocnoatlantyckiego przeka˝e Rzàdowi Republiki Bu∏garii, w imieniu wszystkich

Stron, zaproszenie do przystàpienia do Traktatu Pó∏nocnoatlantyckiego. Zgodnie z artyku∏em 10

Traktatu Republika Bu∏garii stanie

si´ Stronà w dniu z∏o˝enia swojego dokumentu przystàpienia Rzàdowi Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki.

Upon the entry into force of

this Protocol, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation shall, on behalf of all

the Parties, communicate to the

Government of the Republic of

Bulgaria an invitation to accede to

the North Atlantic Treaty. In accordance with Article 10 of the Treaty,

the Republic of Bulgaria shall become a Party on the date when it

deposits its instrument of accession with the Government of the

United States of America.

D¯s l’entrée en vigueur de ce

Protocole, le Secrétaire Général de

l’Organisation du Traité de l’Atlantique Nord enverra, au nom de toutes les Parties, au Gouvernement

de la République de Bulgarie une

invitation ∫ adhérer au Traité de

l’Atlantique Nord. Conformément

∫ l’Article 10 du Traité, la République de Bulgarie deviendra Partie ∫

ce Traité ∫ la date du dépôt de son

instrument d’accession aupr¯s du

Gouvernement des Etats-Unis

d’Amérique.

Ameryki przyj´cie przez nià protoko∏u. Rzàd Stanów Zjednoczonych

Ameryki powiadomi wszystkie

Strony Traktatu Pó∏nocnoatlantyckiego o dacie otrzymania ka˝dej takiej notyfikacji i o dacie wejÊcia

w ˝ycie niniejszego protoko∏u.

The present Protocol shall enter into force when each of the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty

has notified the Government of the

United States of America of its acceptance thereof. The Government

of the United States of America

shall inform all the Parties to the

North Atlantic Treaty of the date of

receipt of each such notification

and of the date of the entry into

force of the present Protocol.

Le présent Protocole entrera en

vigueur lorsque toutes les Parties

au Traité de l’Atlantique Nord auront notifié leur approbation au

Gouvernement des Etats-Unis

d’Amérique. Le Gouvernement

des Etats-Unis d’Amérique informera toutes les Parties au Traité de

l’Atlantique Nord de la date de

réception de chacune de ces notifications et de la date d’entrée en vigueur du présent Protocole.

Niniejszy protokó∏, którego teksty w j´zykach angielskim i francuskim sà jednakowo autentyczne,

zostanie z∏o˝ony w archiwach Rzàdu Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki. Nale˝ycie poÊwiadczone kopie

protoko∏u zostanà przes∏ane przez

Rzàd Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki rzàdom wszystkich Stron Traktatu Pó∏nocnoatlantyckiego.

The present Protocol, of which

the English and French texts are

equally authentic, shall be deposited in the Archives of the Government of the United States of America. Duly certified copies thereof

shall be transmitted by that Government to the Governments of

all the Parties to the North Atlantic

Treaty.

Le présent Protocole, dont les

textes en fran˜ais et anglais font

également foi, sera déposé dans

les archives du Gouvernement des

Etats-Unis d’Amérique. Des copies

certifiées conformes seront transmises par celui-ci aux Gouvernements de toutes les autres Parties

au Traité de l’Atlantique Nord.
