Przedmiotem niniejszego porozumienia są stacje radiodyfuzyjne, zainstalowane lub utrzymywane na pokła­

dzie statków morskich, statków powietrznych albo wszelkich innych obiektów pływających lub latających, które

poza terytoriami państwowymi nadają

audycje radiowe w celu ich odbioru

bądź możliwe do odbioru w całości lub

w części na terytorium którejkolwiek

z Umawiających się Stron lub które

powodują szkodliwe zakłócenia dla jakichkolwiek służb radiokomunikacyjnych, działających na podstawie upoważnienia Umawiającej się Strony zgodnie z Regulaminem radiokomunikacyjnym.

This Agreement is concerned with

broadcasting stations which are installed or maintained on board ships, aircraft, or any other floating or airborne

objects and which, outside national

territories, transmit broadcasts intended

for reception or capable of being received, wholly or in part, within the territory of any Contracting Party, or

which cause harmful interference to

any radio-communication service operating under the authority of a Contracting Party in accordance with the Radio

Regulations.

force one month after the date on which

three member States of the Council

shall, in accordance with the provisions

of Article 8, have signed the Agreement

without reservation in respect of ratification or acceptance, or shall have

deposited their instrument of ratification or acceptance.

będący Członkiem Rady Europy, będzie

mógł do niego przystąpić pod warun kiem wyrażenia uprzedniej zgody przez

Komitet Ministrów.

1. After this Agreement has entered into force, any Member or Associate

Member of the International Telecommunication Union which is not a Member of the Council of Europe may accede to it subject to the prior agreement

of the Committee of Ministers.

of Europe, extend this Agreement to

any other territory or territories specified

in the declaration and for whose international relations it is responsible or on

whose behalf it is authorised to give

undertakings.

Po zapoznaniu się z powyższym porozumieniem, w imieniu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oświadczam , że

zostało ono uznane za słuszne zarówno w całości, jak i każde z postanowień w nim zawartych;

jest przyjęte , ratyfikowane i potwierdzone;

będzie niezmiennie zachowywane.

Podaje się niniejszym do wiadomości , że zgodnie z artykułem 8 punkt 2 Europejskiego porozumienia o zapobiega-

niu audycjom nadawanym ze stacji znajdujących się poza

terytorium państwowym, sporządzonego w Strasburgu dnia

22 stycznia 1965 r., został złożony dnia 10 października

1994 r. Sekretarzowi Generalnemu Rady Europy, jako depozytariuszowi powyższego porozumienia, dokument ratyfika cyjny wymienionego porozumienia przez Rzeczpospolitą

Zgodnie z artykułem 9 tego porozumienia, weszło ono

w życie w stosunku do Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej dnia 11

listopada 1994 r.

Jednocześnie podaje się do wiadomości, co następuje
