Article 4

Ali timmcial questions resnlting frorn the carrying out

ot the presellt Agreement shall be seUled by the Con tracting

Parties at the time ot drawing up plans tor the cultural

cooperation.

The present Agreement is subject h) ratiHcat ion and

shall come into for,ce on the day ot exchilnge ot the instruments otratification , which will take place , ~n Bagdd(1.

Article 6

The present Agreement is concluded for a period of

five years trom the dale ot its roming into force: It shilll

continue autou:wticaJly for . further five-year periods Imless
