Body of the International Labaur Office shall presentto

the General Conference a r eport on the working of this

Convention and shan consider the desirability of placirig

o~ the Agenda of the Conferen(!e the question of its revision in whole or in part.

League of Nations shall so notify all the Members of the

I nternational Labour Org·anisation .. He shall likewise

n oUfy them of the r egistration of rat.ifications which

may b e communicated subsequently by other Members

of the Organisation.

denounce it after the expiration of ten y ears from the

date on which the Convention first comes into lorce, by

an aet communicated to the Secret3.ry-General of the

League of Nations for r egistration. Su ch d enunciation

s hall not take effect unt il one year after the d ate on

which it is registered with the S ecretariat.

Bach Member which has ratified this Convention

and which does not, within the y ear following the expiration of the period of ten years mentioned in the preceding paragraph, exercise the right of denuncią.tion provided for in this Article, will be bound for another period

of ten years and, thereafter, may denounce this Convention at the expiration of each period of ten years under

the terms provided for in this Article.

Should the Conference a dopt a new Convention revising this Convention in who1e or in part, then, unless

the new Convention otherwise provides,

(a) the r atification by a Member oE the new revising

Convention shall ipso jure involve the immediate

d enunciation of this Conven tion, notwithstanding

tne provisions of Article 30 above, if and when

the n ew revlsing Convention shall have come into

force;

(b) as from the date when the n ew revising Convention comes into force, this Convention shall cease

to be open to ratification by the Membres.

This Convention shall in any case remain in force

in its actual form and content for those Members which

have ratified it but have not ratified the revising Convelltion.
