OśWIADCZENIE RZĄDOWE

z dnia 24 listopada 1937 r.

W sprawie złożenia przez Polskę i inne państwa

dokumentów ratyfikacyjnych oraz zgłosze­

nia przystąpień do konwencji z dnia 11 października 1933 r. dla ułatwienia międzynarodo- '

wego obiegu filmów, mających charakter wychowawczy.

I.

Podaje się nIniejszym do wiadomości, że w wykonaniu postanowień art. XV konwencji

dla ułatwienia międzynarodowego obiegu filmów, mających charakter wychowawczy, podpisanej

w Genewie dnia 1 ł października , 1933 r ., został złożony Sekretarzowi Generalnemu Ligi Narodów

dnia 25 września 1937 r. w imieniu Rządu Polskiego dokument ratyfikacyjnyrzeczonej konwencji,

przy czym zastrzeżenie złożone przez Polskę przy podpisywaniu tel konwencji, zostało utrzymane

w mocy.
