Stanów Zjednoczonych od 15 grudnia 1922 r. na

podstawie zobowiązań w łącznej sumie S 159.666.97,2,39

wraz z przypadającemi i niezapłaconemi odsetkami;

i zważywszy, że Polska pragnie skonsolidować powyższe zadłużenie wobec Stanów Zjednoczonych, tak

co do kapitału, jak i do odsetków, przez wydanie

Stanów Zjednoczonych nie mniej niż 90 dni zgóry,

tylko pod warunkiem~ iż gdyby Polska kiedyś skorzystała z tego prawa wzgl~dem jednej ze spłat kapitału, spłata przypadająca w najbliższym nast~pnym

roku, nie m::>że być odłożona do jakiegokolwiek terminu, odległego wi~cej niż Jeden rok od daty swej
