dnia 28 czerwca 1919 roku, Rządy Francji, Wielkiej Bryianji, Włoch, Japonji, Belgji i Państwa Serbów,

Kroatów i Slowerlcóv/, reprezentowane w Komisji Odszkodowań, ustanowionej na mocy art. 233 wspomnianego Tral<tatu, podpisały dnia 22 listopada 1924 r. Protokół, stanowiący o zmianie § 13 flneksu II do

kwestja może być poddana arbitrilźowi za jednomyślną zgodą delegatów. F\rbiter będzie musiał być

wybrany jednomyślnie przez wszystkich delegatów, lub w braku takiej zgody, mianowany przez Rądę

L.lgi Narodów.
