nast~pującą, zawierającą poprawkę

do artykułu 12 Umowy

Ptrtykuł 12 zredagowany będzie

jak następuje

Ptrt. XII

Wszyscy Członkowie Zw.".zku zgadzają się, - w rezie powstania między nimi sporu, mogącego pociągnąć za sobą zerwanie, poddać go bądź procedurze rozjemCZEj, bądź uregulowaniu w diOdze sądowej, bądź

też zbadaniu przez Radę.

Zgadzają się oni równieŻ, że w ża­

dnym razie nie powinni uciekać się do wojny przed upły­

wem trzymiesięcznego terminu

po zapadnięciu orzeczenia rozjemczego łub sądowego, lub

też po złożeniu sprawozdania

przez Radę.

We wszystkich wypadkach

przewidzianych przez ten artykuł, orzeczenie winno być powzięte w terminie odpowiednim,

a sprawozdanie Rady winno być

sporządzone w ciągu sześciu

miesięcy od dnia, w którym

Rada- powiadomioną została

o sporze".

Tous les Membres de la

Socićte conviennent que, s'i.l

susceptible d'entrainer une rupture, ils le soumettront, soit

ił la procedure de I'arbitrage

ou a un reglement judiciaire,

soit a l'examen du Conseil. lis

cąnviennent encore qu'en aucun cas ils ne doivent recourir

ił la guerre avant J'expiration

d'un delai de trois mois apres

la deci!5ion arbitrale ou judidaire, ou 'le rapport du Conseil.

"Dans tous les cas prevus

par cetarticle, la decision doit

etre rendue dans un delai. raisonnable. et le rapport du Conseil doit etre etabli dans les six

H. Pt. van Karnebeek, with the

Honourable Sir Eric Drummqnd,

Secretary-General, adopted at its ·

meeting of October 4th, 1921, the

folIowing resolution, being an

Ptmendment to Ptrticle 12 ot the

Covenant.

Ptrticle 12 shall read asfollows

Ptrt. 12.

The Members of the League

agree that, if there should arise

between them any dispute Iikely

to lead to a rupture they will

submit the matter either to arbitration or judicial settlement

or to enquiry by the Council

and they agree in no case to

resort tO.,war until three months

after the award by the arbitrators or the judicial decision, or

the report by the Council.

"In any case under this Ptrticie the award of the arbitrators or the judicial decision shall

be made within a reasonable

time, and the report ot the

Council shall be made within

six months after the submission

of the dispute".
