its ratificalion to the SecretaryGeneral of the League of Nations

the laUcr shalI take the necessary

steps to notify su ch ratification to

the other signatory Powers. The

ratification shall be deposited in

the archives of the Secretariat of

the League of Nations.

The said Protocol shalI rema in

open for signatu[(~ by the j\'lembers of the League ofNations and

bv the States mentioned in the

FI.~'lnex to the Convenant of the

League.

The Statute of the Court shall

come into force as provided in

the above-mentioned decision.

additkm to the Court of P\rbitration organised by the Conventions

of The Hague of 1899 and 1907,
