The standard clauses shall apply without modification except that the International Telecommunications Union shall not claim for itself the enjoyment of privileges treatment with regard to the “Facilities in respect of communications” provided in Article IV, section 11.

De standaardbepalingen zullen van toepassing zijn zonder wijziging met die uitzondering dat de Internationale Vereniging voor Verreberichtgeving geen aanspraak zal maken op bevoorrechte behandeling met betrekking tot „Faciliteiten met betrekking tot Communicatiemiddelen” als bepaald in Artikel IV, § 11.
