Aanvullend Protocol bij de Europese Overeenkomst inzake de uitwisseling van reagentia voor weefseltypering

De Europese Economische Gemeenschap kan Partij worden bij de Overeenkomst door deze te ondertekenen.

Dit Aanvullend Protocol staat open voor ondertekening door de Staten die de Overeenkomst hebben ondertekend en die Partij kunnen worden bij het Aanvullend Protocol overeenkomstig de procedure aangegeven in artikel 7 van de Overeenkomst.

This Additional Protocol shall be open to signature by the States signatory to the Agreement, which may become Parties to the Additional Protocol in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 7 of the Agreement.

Geen enkele Staat kan Partij worden bij de Overeenkomst zonder gelijktijdig Partij te worden bij dit Aanvullend Protocol, dat een integrerend deel van de Overeenkomst vormt.

No State may become a Contracting Party to the Agreement without at the same time becoming a Contracting Party to this Additional Protocol, which forms an integral part of the Agreement.

Dit Aanvullend Protocol treedt in werking op hetzelfde tijdstip als de Overeenkomst.

This Additional Protocol shall enter into force on the same date as the Agreement.

De Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa geeft de Lid-Staten van de Raad van Europa en de Europese Economische Gemeenschap kennis van

iedere ondertekening van dit Aanvullend Protocol;

de nederlegging van iedere akte van bekrachtiging of aanvaarding;

de datum van inwerkingtreding van dit Aanvullend Protocol.

The Secretary General of the Council of Europe shall notify the member States of the Council and the European Economic Community of

any signature of this Additional Protocol;

the deposit of any instrument of ratification or acceptance;

the date of entry into force of this Additional Protocol.

The European Economic Community may become a Contracting Party to the Agreement by signing it.
