1 Er wordt een agentschap ingesteld, waarvan de naam komt te luiden: Justitiële Informatiedienst (Justid).

2 Aan het Agentschap Justid wordt de status van baten-lastenagentschap als bedoeld in artikel 2.20 van de Comptabiliteitswet 2016, verleend.

Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2022.
