1 Aan de cateringorganisatie van Defensie, Paresto, te Utrecht wordt de status van baten-lastendienst als bedoeld in artikel 10 eerste lid van de Comptabiliteitswet verleend.

2 De tenaamstelling van de baten-lastendienst komt te luiden: baten-lastendienst Paresto.
