Artikel 1 Instellingsbesluit Agentschap IT-organisatie Open official source

1 Aan de divisie Informatie Technologie van het Korps Landelijke Politiediensten (KLPD) te Driebergen, wordt de status van agentschap bedoeld in artikel 70 van de Comptabiliteitswet, verleend.

2 De tenaamstelling van het agentschap komt te luiden: Organisatie Informatie- en communicatietechnologie OOV(ITO).

3 Het agentschap ressorteert onder de minister van Binnenlandse Zaken.
