The title of these Regulations is Returns of Essential

Commodities Regulations.

Laws of Malta — Subsidiary Legislation 98.1 — RETURNS OF ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES REGULATIONS

Every person owning, possessing, or concerned in the

importation, sale, manufacture or production of essential

commodities, shall furnish to the Chairman of the Price Control

Board such returns as may, from time to time, be required by him in

respect of any essential commodity held by, produced, consigned

to, or under order by such person.
