The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for

Oaths (Fees) Regulations.

Laws of Malta — Subsidiary Legislation 79.2 — COMMISSIONERS FOR OATHS (FEES) REGULATIONS

A fee of one euro and sixteen cents (1.16) shall be levied

by commissioners for oaths for the swearing of affidavits and

attestations of signatures unless another fee is otherwise prescribed

under any other law.
