ENERGY PERFORMANCE OF BUILDINGS

(FEES) REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 308 of 2010, as amended by Act XXV of 2015 and legal

Notice 409 of 2021.

The title of these regulations is the Energy Performance of

Buildings (Fees) Regulations.

In these regulations unless the context otherwise requires

"applications" means a request made by a registered EPB

assessor for the registration of an Energy Performance of Building

Certificate;

"EPB assessor" has the meaning assigned to it in the Energy

Performance of Buildings Regulations.

These regulations shall apply to all applications for the

registration of Energy Performance of Buildings Certificates

submitted by an EPB assessor to the Building and Construction

Authority.

There shall be paid a fee of seventy-five euro (€75) to the

Building Regulation Office, in respect of the registration of Energy

Performance of Buildings Certificates, submitted by registered

assessors.
