Reg. 2 Persons who may register under Part Two of the REgister of Applicants for Employment. — REGISTER OF APPLICANTS FOR EMPLOYMENT (PART TWO) ORDER

The classes of persons who may register in Part Two of the
Register of Applicants for Employment shall be
(i) persons in gainful occupation;
(ii) persons who, without a good and sufficient
cause, terminate employment or reject an
opportunity of employment.
