INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY ARRANGEMENTS

AND SERVICES (FEES) REGULATIONS *

LEGAL NOTICE 355 of 2018, as amended by Legal Notice 268 of

The title of these regulations is the Innovative

Technology Arrangements and Services (Fees) Regulations.

Fees

Certification of innovative technology arrangements

Processing fee

Stage 1: initial processing fee -

Certification fee and renewal fee

Certification fee of €40,000 is valid for

€40,000

two (2) years. Before the lapse of that

two (2) year period, certified innovative

technology arrangements require the

renewal of their certification for a

further period of two (2) years, subject

to a renewal fee of €40,000.

Systems auditors having up to five (5)

subject matter experts.

The initial processing fee for the

registration of a systems auditor is

increased by €500 for every additional

subject matter expert in excess of five

(5) subject matter experts.

Technical administrators

*Valid for a period of two (2) years. After the expiry of this period systems

auditors and technical administrators need to renew their registration for a

further period of two (2) years, in which case the initial processing fee shall

not apply, and this without prejudice to the initial processing fee applicable to

any newly added subject matter expert.

The fees prescribed in the Schedule shall be the fees to

be levied in relation to the matters stated in the Schedule with

reference to the certification of Innovative Technology

Arrangements, Registration of Systems Auditors and Technical

Administrators, and other fees for matters ancillary thereto.
