The title of these regulations is the Development Planning

(Planning Obligation) Regulations.

Reg. 2 No imposition of planning obligation. — DEVELOPMENT PLANNING (PLANNING OBLIGATION) REGULATIONS Open official source

No planning obligation imposing a payment, as indicated

in article 77(1)(b) of the Development Planning Act, may be

imposed on an applicant for a development permission in respect of

a development of a national or strategic significance or a

development affecting matters of national security.
