(SONG THRUSH) REGULATIONS

The title of these regulations is the Conservation of Wild

B i r d s ( D e c l a r a t i o n o f a p e r i o d f o r Ta k i n g ) ( S o n g T h r u s h )

Regulations.

Terms and expressions used in these regulations, unless the

context otherwise requires, shall have the same meaning as given to

them in the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as the "Wild Birds Regulations".

For the purposes of establishing the period for the taking of

wild birds under regulation 10(6)(i), (ii) and (iii) of the Wild Birds

Regulations, the Prime Minister has established the following

dates

the taking of Song Thrush shall be permitted between

the 1st November 2011 and the 10th January 2012.
