Reg. 1 Citation. — PERIOD OF SHUTDOWN OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND RESOURCES AUTHORITY OFFICES REGULATIONS Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Period of Shutdown

of the Environment and Resources Authority Offices Regulations.

Reg. 2 Period of Shutdown. — PERIOD OF SHUTDOWN OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND RESOURCES AUTHORITY OFFICES REGULATIONS Open official source

(1)

The period of shutdown of the Environment

and Resources Authority Offices shall be from the 24th December of

one year till the 1st January of the next following year.

(2) The period mentioned in sub-regulation (1) shall

suspend any time-frame prescribed by any regulation under the Act.
