In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires
"the Act" means the Civil Unions Act;
"the Minister" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it by
the Act.
The list shown in the Schedule contains those civil unions
which, in the opinion of the Minister, are unions of equivalent
status to civil unions as provided for in the Act.
