SMALL BUSINESS ACT (EXEMPTIONS)

REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 429 of 2011.

The title of these regulations is the Small Business Act

(Exemptions) Regulations.

Without prejudice to any obligation under any other law,

paragraphs (a) and (b) of article 3(2) of the Small Business Act

shall not apply to

(a) instruments implementing European Union legislation,

where the content of the instrument is defined in the

legislation;

(b) fiscal legislation or legislation intended to put in place

measures to combat fraud and tax evasion; and

(c) instruments which provide for the setting up of an

enterprise support measure, including instruments

amending already existing instruments on the subject

matter.
