AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION

(APPROVED JURISDICTIONS) REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 186 of 2011, as amended by Legal Notice 380 of 2018

and 72 of 2022.

The title of these regulations is the Aircraft Registration

(Approved Jurisdiction) Regulations.

For the purposes of the provisions of the Aircraft

Registration Act, the definition "approved jurisdiction" in article 2

thereof shall include the following countries approved by the Minister

Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados,

Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bermuda, British Virgin

Islands, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Croatia, Djibouti, Egypt,

Georgia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Isle of

Man, Ivory Coast, Kosovo, Japan, Jersey, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya,

Kuwait, Lebanon, Macedonia, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Monaco,

Montenegro, Morocco, Oman, Panama, Philippines, Qatar, Russia,

Saint Lucia, San Marino, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the

Grenadines, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, Syria,

Tunisia, Ukraine and United Arab Emirates.
