PORT (PASSENGER SERVICE CHARGE)

REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 230 of 2006, as amended by Legal Notices 425 of 2007

and 192 of 2008; and Act XV of 2009.

The title of these regulations is the Port (Passenger Service

Charge) Regulations.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Authority" means the Authority for Transport in Malta

established under the Authority for Transport in Malta;

"operator of passenger facilities" means the person who for the

time being has the management of passenger operations.

All charges payable in respect of services rendered by an

operator of passenger facilities in connection with passenger

operations shall be those as determined or approved, from time to

time, by the Authority.

These regulations shall not apply to any child under four

years of age.
