DECLARATION OF PORT (RAS }AN|IR) ORDER

LEGAL NOTICE 14 of 1998, as amended by Act XV of 2009.

The title of this Order is the Declaration of Port (Ras

}an\ir) Order.

The access road, known as "It-Telg]a ta’ Ras }an\ir",

leading from Laboratory Wharf entrance Gate (Point A) to the top

of the hill at Corradino Industrial Estate (Point B), and having the

following co-ordinates, is hereby declared as an area within the

limits of the port of the Grand Harbour of Valletta and to be a part

of a port within the meaning of the Ports and Shipping Act.
