SUSPENSION OF CONDITIONS REGARDING THE

RENEWAL OF TARGET SHOOTER LICENCE A

SPECIAL REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 42 of 2021.

The title of these regulations is the Suspension of

Conditions regarding the Renewal of Target Shooter Licence A

Special Regulations.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise

requires

"Act" means the Arms Act;

"Regulations" means the Arms Licensing Regulations.

A holder of a Target Shooter Licence A Special shall

have his licence renewed for the year 2021 even if he does not meet

the requirement indicated in regulation 21A(6) of the Regulations,

provided that he meets all the other requirements at law.
