Order.

''Member State'' means a state party to the Treaty.
Laws of Malta — Subsidiary Legislation 460.1 — FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS ORDER
No provision of any law shall impede the importation,
marketing and use of products legally produced and marketed in a
Member State other than Malta, provided that such products ensure
an equivalent level of protection as those that may legally be
produced and marketed in Malta.
