OF THE MEDICINES ACT) REGULATIONS

The title of these regulations is the Special Procedure

(Penalties in respect of the Medicines Act) Regulations.

The Licensing Authority may demand payment of the

following penalties for the breach of any of the following articles

of the Medicines Act
