453 of 2012, consolidated, and as amended by Act VI of 2016.

The title of this order is the SportMalta (Transfer of

Designated Property) Order (2012).

L.N. 440 of 2012; L.N. 441 of 2012; L.N. 449 of 2012; L.N. 450 of 2012;

As from 1st January, 2011

The site at Kerċem, Gozo, registered as Encroachment No: E 26466 having an area

of approximately three hundred and sixty-six square metres (366m 2 ) and bounded

on the North and West by Government property and on the South by private

property as indicated edged in red on P.D.2011_584.

As from 1st January, 2012

The site near a football ground at Gudja, registered as Encroachment No: E 26498

having an area of approximately two hundred and seventeen square metres (217m 2 ) and

bounded on the North, South and West by Government property as indicated edged in red

on P.D.2011_836.
