registered as Tenement No: G28072, having an area of approximately 4,524 square
metres, bounded on the North by Triq il-Kampanella, on the South and East by
Government property, as indicated edged in red on P.D. 231_2003.
As from 1st January, 2009
A plot of land in Triq l-Imdina corner with Triq Manwel Dimech, Qormi registered
as Tenement No: 78879, having an area of approximately 4,840 square metres,
bounded on the South by Triq l-Imdina, on the North West by Triq Manoel Dimech

Tenement No: 50902 having an area of approximately 901 square metres, bounded
on the North by Triq l-Imdina, on the South and on the West by Government
Property as indicated edged in red on P.D. 2008_71.

Five sites at Santa Lucija
Site B (Tenement No. E21026) having an area of approximately 145 square metres
and bounded on the North and West by Government property and on the East by
property held on temporary emphyteusis by Santa Lucija F.C.;
Site C (Tenement No. E21027) having an area of approximately 49 square metres
and bounded on the North and East by Government property on the South by
property held on temporary emphyteusis by Santa Lucija F.C.;
Site D (Tenement No. E21028) having an area of approximately 205 square metres
and bounded on the North and East by Government property and on the West by
property held on temporary emphyteusis by Santa Lucija F.C.;
Site E (Tenement No. E21029) having an area of approximately 591 square metres
and bounded on the South, East and South-West by Government property; and
Site F (Tenement No. E21030) having an area of approximately 45 square metres
which site is at underground level.
Sites B to E are indicated edged in red and site F is indicated edged in red and
hatched in blue on P.D. 127_97_A.
As from 1st January, 2009
A plot of land at Saint Paul’s Bay registered as Tenement No. E21071 having an area of
approximately 22,470 square metres and bounded on the North-East, South-West and
North-West by Government property as shown edged in red on Plan P.D.2009_191.
The properties described in the Schedule are hereby being
designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and
management of all rights and obligations performing to such
designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.
The designated properties referred to in article 2 shall be
transferred and vest in SportMalta as provided in the article
aforesaid with effect from the dates specified in the Schedule.
