A plot of land in Triq A. M. Valperga, Fgura, having an area of approximately
1,110 square metres, bounded on all sides by Government property, excluding
underground tunnel, as indicated edged red on P.D. 117_2001_B.

A plot of land (Football Ground) in Triq Burmarrad, Burmarrad, limits of St
Paul’s Bay, having an area of approximately 3,253 square metres, bounded on the
North-East, South-East and South-West by Government property, as marked A and
indicated edged in red on P.D. 2008_33.
(2) Building Complex in Triq Toni Camilleri, Burmarrad limits of St Paul’s Bay,
consisting of a Club House without number and of an open space, having a total area
of approximately 227 square metres, bounded on the North-East, North-West and
South- West by Government property, as marked B and indicated edged in red on
P.D. 2008_33.
As from 1st June, 2008
Mellieha Fort (Ex-Observation Post), Triq Santa Marija, Mellieħa having a total area
of approximately 4,198 square metres and subject to existing servitudes, bounded on
the North, South and West by Government property, as indicated edged in red on
P.D. 241_2003 .

area of approximately 346 square metres, bounded on all sides by Government

total area of approximately 8,754 square metres, bounded on the North side by Triq
Filippo Calleja, on the East side by Triq Lorenzo Gafà and on the South side by
government property as indicated edged in red on P.D.135_97_B.
As from 1st July, 2008
Premises without name or number in Triq il-Kappillan Ġwann Azzopardi OC, Santa
Venera having an area of approximately 245 square metres, bounded on the South by
a public road, on the East by Government property and on the West by properties of
persons unknown, as indicated edged in red on L.D. 150/95/1.
As from 1st July, 2008
A plot of land and structures at ta’ Fuq il-Wied, limits of Qormi having a total area
of approximately 4,384 square metres and subject to existing servitudes, bounded on
the West side by a public lane and on all the other sides by Government property, as
indicated edged in red on P.D. 63_88_A .

consisting of a Club House without number having a total area of approximately 903
square metres, bounded on the South-West by Dawret il-Gżejjer and all other sides
by government property, as edged in red on P.D. 29_2004.

A plot of land (Boċċi Pitch) accessible from Dawret il-Gżejjer, Buġibba
limits of St Paul’s Bay having an area of approximately 196 square metres, bounded
on all sides by government property, as indicated edged in blue on P.D. 29_2004.

A plot of land (Volleyball Court) accessible from Dawret il-Gżejjer, Buġibba
limits of St Paul’s Bay having an area of approximately 363 square metres, bounded
on the South by Dawret il-Gżejjer and all other sides by government property, as
indicated edged in green on P.D. 29_2004.
As from 1st October, 2008
A plot of land at Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq limits of Naxxar, registered as Tenement No
79082, having an area of approximately 665 square metres, bounded on the South-
East side by a public open space and on all other sides by government property, as
indicated edged in red on P.D. 141_2003.
The properties described in the Schedule are hereby being
designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and
management of all rights and obligations performing to such
designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.
The designated properties referred to in article 2 shall be
transferred and vest in SportMalta as provided in the article
aforesaid with effect from the dates specified in the Schedule.
