SPORTMALTA (TRANSFER OF DESIGNATED

PROPERTY) ORDER (2007)

The title of this order is the SportMalta (Transfer of

Designated Property) Order (2007).

A plot of land at Luqa having an area of approximately 3,738 square metres, bounded on

the South by Triq Xmun Azzopardi, on the West by Triq San Tumas and on the North

East by Triq Ġużeppi Ellul, indicated edged red on P.D.2006_592.

A plot of land at Pembroke having an area of approximately 4,558 square metres,

bounded on the North-West by property held on temporary emphyteusis by Melita

Football Club and on all other sides by Government property, indicated edged red on

P.D.50_99_1.

As from 1st October, 2007

Premises 8, 9 and 10 (formerly Shops 3, 2 and 1) Triq il-Magħkuba, Mġarr, having

an area of approximately 62, 62 and 65 square metres respectively, bounded on all

sides by Government properties, indicated edged red on P.D. 168_88_12.

As from 1st October, 2007

Building Complex in Triq Santa Marija, Marsalforn, limits of Żebbuġ, Gozo,

consisting of Club House without number and concrete open space in front of same

club house having an area of approximately 597 square metres, bounded on the West

by said Triq Santa Marija, and on all other sides by Government properties, or other

boundaries. The Club House having an area of approximately 234 square metres,

bounded on the West by said Triq Santa Marija, on the East by above-mentioned

open space, on the North and South by Government property is being transferred up

to a height of 3.64 square metres from the level of the said open space and without

its airspace which is to remain as a public terrace and subject to existing passage of 3

metres wide in favour of the public. The property is indicated edged red on P.D.

265_2003.

The properties described in the Schedule are hereby being

designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and

management of all rights and obligations performing to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated properties referred to in article 2 shall be

transferred and vest in SportMalta as provided in the article

aforesaid with effect from the dates specified in the Schedule.
