SPORTMALTA (TRANSFER OF DESIGNATED

PROPERTY) ORDER (2015)

LEGAL NOTICE 62 of 2015, as amended by Act VI of 2016.

The title of this order is the SportMalta (Transfer of

Designated Property) Order (2015).

As from 1st November, 2015

A p l o t o f l a n d ( Wa t e r p o l o p i t c h a n d c l u b ) i n Va l l e t t a , h a v i n g a n a r e a o f

approximately 3240 sq m, bounded by the East, West and South by Government

property as indicated edged in red on P.D. 56_99_B and subject to a right of access

to third parties on foreshore and bastion lights.

The properties described in the Schedule are hereby being

designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and

management of all rights and obligations performing to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated properties referred to in article 2 shall be

transferred and vest in SportMalta as provided in the article

aforesaid with effect from the dates specified in the Schedule.
