Reg. 2 Applicability to government. — EXTENSION OF APPLICABILITY TO SERVICE WITH GOVERNMENT (CONTRACTS OF SERVICE FOR A FIXED TERM) REGULATIONS

Article 34(1) and (3) of the Employment and Industrial
Relations Act and any regulations or orders made thereunder,
except the provisions of regulation 7(3) of the Contracts of Service
for a Fixed Term Regulations, shall be applicable to service with
the Government.
