ONE-TIME SPECIAL BONUS NATIONAL

STANDARD ORDER

5th March, 2004

LEGAL NOTICE 110 of 2004, as amended by Legal Notice 427 of 2007.

The title of this Order is the One-time Special Bonus

National Standard Order.

A lump sum amount of €90.85, equivalent to €1.75 per

week for twelve months, shall be paid by the employer, by the end

of March 2004, to all employees who are on the employer’s books

on Monday, 15th March, 2004 and in respect of whom social

security contributions are payable.

Such sum as is mentioned in article 2 shall be recovered by

the employer by way of offsetting against funds due by such

employer to Government in respect of income tax and social

security contributions.
