The title of this Order is Seamen Wages Council Order.
Laws of Malta — Subsidiary Legislation 452.28 — SEAMEN WAGES COUNCIL ORDER
In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires -
"ship" includes any boat, ferry or vessel of any description
whatsoever; and
"fishing vessel" means a vessel regularly operating for the
purposes of the fishing trade.

There shall be a Seamen Wages Council which shall
operate for all persons employed on board ships regularly operating
within the territorial waters of Malta but excluding persons
employed on board fishing vessels or on foreign going ships.
